Mónica Rojas
Biography
Mónica Rojas Martínez is a researcher at the Biomedical Engineering Research Centre (CREB) of the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC) and at the Biomedical Research Networking Center in Bioengineering, Biomaterials and Nanomedicine (CIBER-BBN) of the Carlos III Health Institute.
She graduated in 1999 as Electrical Engineer from the Universidad de los Andes in Bogotá, Colombia. Currently, she is also a Ph.D. candidate at the UPC with her dissertation topic focused in the protocol design and analysis of EMG signals as tools in the diagnostic and rehabilitation therapies of the upper limbs.
