Biography

Sergio
Sergio Romero received his Industrial Engineering Degree in Automatic speciality from the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC) in 2000, and his PhD degree on Biomedical Engineering from UPC in 2010.

He is currently an Assistant Professor at the Nautical School of Barcelona (FNB) and at the School of Industrial Engineering of Barcelona (ETSEIB) of the UPC. He develops his activity in the Automatic Control Department (ESAII).

He is member of the Biomedical Signals and Systems Division of the Biomedical Engineering Research Centre (CREB) of the UPC.
 

 

Teaching

He teaches subjects on Automatics and Systems Engineering at the FNB. Teaching is related to Control Theory in Continuous-Time Systems and in Discrete Systems in the Naval Engineering Field. He also teaches in the Postgraduate Program of “Industrial Control Technologies and Scada” in the CIM Foundation.
